Hi guys, top of the morning to you.  It is 5 AM as I write this and I am pumped and ready for th week.  I had some built in down time from Friday evening until Sunday afternoon and I am recharged.  Just as in working out, it is important to take some recovery time from any of your goals to grow and let the fire re-kindle.  I am currently reading The 4-Hour Workweek, Expanded and Updated: Expanded and Updated, With Over 100 New Pages of Cutting-Edge Content. by Tim Ferris and I highly recommend it.  One of the things that I read last night makes a ton of sense and something I intuitively knew my whole life.  It is easier to reach very difficult goals than it is to reach mediocre goals.  Everyone sets their sites on a new position at work, average things.  This means there is more competition for these spots and they are also harder to stay motivated for since they are only average dreams.  Dream big, shoot for the stars.  There is a reason that you jump out of bed in the morning when you have monstrous goals, your adrenaline is pumping and you have purpose.  Dream big or stay put, I take the former. -K
