Men’s Program
Alpha Male- The alpha male carves his own path. He wears, drives, drinks, watches and listens to what he chooses, when he chooses, where he chooses, uninfluenced by fads or advertising campaigns. The Alpha Male is understated but instantly recognizable. Simple, direct and functional.
About half of the members at Newell Strength are what I’d call the Alpha Males. I realize that most of these guys are very busy and desire to be the best at their role in their business, job, father, husband and so on. These guys don’t like ot be average and will settle for nothing less than the best. With that in mind, I have designed strength and conditioning programs for these guys that gets them maximum effectives without having to train 10 hours per week. Most of the time, these guys are:

99% of the guys that join on as clients are trying to lose body fat and gain muscle, while simultaneously getting their body to feel better and produce better levels of energy. Comraderie-I have found that a lot of the men will come to hang out on their off night, just to shoot the breeze with somebody or to be around the positive energy. There is a unique bond that is formed amongst members of Newell Strength, kind of like an ‘Us against the world’ mentality. There is always someone else next to you to help encourage you and push you beyond your limits. Often times, the guys will play on our Newell Strength softball team together or get together to hang out outside the Newell Strength walls. Guys like to be around other like-minded guys. The collective energy of the group that trains at Newell Strength is unseen at any other training facility.

Program design-You will no longer have to think about what to do in the gym. I will take you through progressions of exercise programs and once you are ready, I will design your own individual program. And better yet, you will always be coached through that program. Think about the time you will save not having to figure out what to do and then wondering if its effective at all. If there is a particular issue you need help with, that will be taken into account in your own program.

Injury and pain reduction-Although I don’t claim to be a magician, I can claim that 9 out of every 10 Alpha Male clients comes in with some type of joint pain or pain from a previous injury and within their first 3 months, the pain is dramatically reduced or better yet, vanishes all together. We place a high emphasis on how you feel and how your health is. The look you will achieve is a nice by product of the process. How is this possible? We always address imbalances, you always work on soft tissue mobility as your very first thing in your workout, we coach proper movement patterns and I design your nutrition plan…which brings us to….

Personalized nutrition plan- Just like I design your personalized exercise program, I do an assessment of your health, performance demands and needs, you fill out a simple nutrition questionaire and I design your nutrition plan. I design this plan with health, performance and body composition goals in mind. It is a very rare thing to be able to find someone that can design a plan that touches on all sides of this ‘Eutopia of Nutrition’ and rarer yet for a strenght coach to possess these skills. But perhaps that is why my clients get results that have their doctors shaking their heads (and in a few cases even calling me to find out how we ‘did it’.) Anybody can starve a client and get them to drop weight, but that’s never been my main goal. 99% of the time my plan helps guys get off ALL MEDICATION, improve body composition, increase libido and allows them to have energy levels that they had in their youth. I change your plan as an ongoing process if we hit a road block and I will never starve you. I have been coached by some of the sharpest nutrition minds in the world and I bring all ‘uknown secrets’ to you as part of your secret weapon of health.
How the Program Works
After your free trial week, you and I will sit down and decide if we are a good match. If we are, great, if not, no hard feelings. Now, let me be clear, the number ONE thing you will need to be accepted is the right attitude. You do not have to be Mr. Stud or a former professional athlete. If you have the righ frame of mind and a positive, optimistic, disciplined mind, we will be a great fit.
There is a minimum of a 3 month committment at Newell Strength, in fact, you can only join for 3 months your first go around. At the completion, we will again decide if this is working out for both of us.
You will always come in, perform your soft tissue work and warm up and then its time to rock and roll. We teach you and coach you through the warm up and soft tissue work. There may be up to 6 or even 8 other clients at Newell Strength at the same time as you. My coaches and I bounce around like ping pong balls from client to client, making sure every one is getting proper attention to detail. The workout will take roughly an hour.
You do not have to committ to a set schedule, I am flexible, I just ask that you show up on a half hour mark (3:30, 4, 4:30, etc) during the hours which Newell Strength is open. Hours are available early morning (5:30 and 7 AM) during the week and from 3:3o PM til 9 PM.

Your Choices
You will the opportunity to train 2x per week or the premium of 3-5x per week. It is up to your schedule.
The prices for membership are:
2x per week: $240 per month
3x and up per week: $280 per month
You are going to spend money on something, its a no brainer in my mind to invest it in yourself. Placed in context: I charge $125 per hour for consulting and one on one training. I charge $250 for a nutriton plan. Both of these plans work out to no more than $20 per session! You can join a ‘globo gym’ for $750 per year and get nothing to show for it but frustration or you can actually get a return on your investment.
Another point I like to make is this: Why would you fly down to Florida when you could just drive for 1/4 of the price? Simple….to save time. At Newell Strength, your path to health and success will be cleared for you and you will be able to achieve more in 3 months with Newell Strength than you would in 3 years on your own or under the guidance of a cookie cutter trainer.
Sooner or later, people will spend money on their health, whether they wait until they are in such bad health that they spend a fortune or they spend it on prevention (much more cost effective), they will spend it. You make the choice.

Time is of the Essence
I only have room and time for 55 full time members. I am currently at 52…I do have a waiting list that I place people on, but sometimes they have to wait a few months. If you fail to act now a few things will happen:

You will remain average and stay the same and being the same actually means you are getting worse (nothing stays the same).

You will be locked out of Newell Strength membership. I have actually been contemplating dropping back membership to the former number of 40 due to some other upcoming engagements.
