  • An initial consult with a Coach where we will outline your very specific ‘shred goal’

  • Education on how to efficiently train for the most dramatic changes in the shortest amount of time

  • Customized training sessions per week tailored to help you reach that specific ‘thing’ that has been eluding you. This includes access to our small group training classes which focus on both strength training and conditioning. 

  • A personalized ‘health road map’ condensed to just a one-sided sheet, which will outline everything you need to reach your first fitness goals

  • A weekly accountability In-Body check-in with a Coach in which we take the vital measurements we need to know about to keep you on target.
