Newell Strength will be reviving Central Jersey’s ORIGINAL athlete development program, Champion's Choice, that has been delivering results since 2007.
Our Athlete Program is designed for athletes of any age who are looking to develop and grow into their athletic potential.
This program focuses on packing on high-quality muscle mass, increasing power/speed/quickness and most importantly, avoiding injury!

Increase Speed and Power
Most people don't know how to develop these components. But as an athlete they are critical. And no, you don't do it with a speed ladder.
Mental Toughness Training
You can make up for a lot with Pure Hard Work and developing your mental game. This is something we specialize in. The athlete's mind wants to give up far before the body needs to stop.
High Level Accountability
We are taking only serious athletes into this program. That means we will be setting goals and hitting them. When you are working out with us, you are working out. No cell phones, no distractions....
Here is What is Included in Our Athlete Program:
Each session, the Athlete will have 1-1 attention from one of our
Programs geared towards specific sports and individual needs.
Sessions will be focused on progressively overloading fundamental movements patterns to optimize performance and address weaknesses as it pertains to your sport.
How do you know you’re making progress?
With weekly accountability check-ins and weigh ins, our Coaches know (in real time) the progress you’re making or if you need a course correction.
Why do some people succeed and others fail?
Their ability to build a habit. It takes 66 days to make a new behavior automatic. With our Habit Tracker, we’ve simplified the first 42 days of the process to make building habits a breeze.
How can you gain a 'mental edge' on your opponents?
2 mindset lessons to gain that competitive edge. Lessons will include goal setting and mastering your inner dialogue with a dose of motivation
