Nina has now been training at Newell Strength for a little over two years and she remains as committed to her program as ever! 2 or so weeks ago, Braxton and I went on his first field trip to the local pumpkin patch. In yesterday’s email I briefly mentioned that I was aware that the podcasts were not being uploaded correctly for about a month. Until last week, I had no idea. So, thanks to Josh and Ashley for bringing it to my attention. Nevertheless, I was puzzled. Each week, I would record it, type up the notes and upload it. I vividly picture myself plugging my nose, downing Mega Mass 5000, day after day. This was back in high school when I got the ‘bug’. I wanted to get as many grams of protein in per day as I could; the more the better, right? Those shakes by the way were a couple of thousand calories and tasted like banana chalk.
