I remember the first time I was able to connect my mind and muscles of my back side back in high school. It was a pretty awesome feeling being able to feel the muscles of my back working, rather than just moving weight to move weight. And as truth would have it, many people neglect the muscles on the posterior of their body because they can’t see them and therefore the mind-muscle connection is less. Some people go out and get plastic surgery to look younger and that’s cool.
