Overnight Chocolate Almond Butter Proats!


Are you looking for a quick and delicious grab and go meal option? Look no further! Proats (protein + oats) is a convenient way to get your protein, fiber, and healthy fats in without the hassle of cooking! The awesome thing about this recipe is that it literally takes less than 5 minutes to throw together! Next time you are pressed for time and need a well-balanced TASTY meal, give this one a go!

Ingredients:

✅¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

✅½ cup oats

✅1 scoop chocolate protein powder

✅1 tbsp of almond butter (or peanut butter)

Optional: ½ banana or other fruit of choice, greek yogurt, nuts/seeds, Wellness Greens

In a mason jar or other bowl/container, add all of the above ingredients. Stir them together to combine well, cover and refrigerate overnight or for 3-4 hours to let the oats absorb the almond milk. Remove from the fridge, top with fruit and your favorite nut butter and enjoy!
