Member Showcase: Jeff Sullivan
Jeff started with us a few years ago after being referred by Coach Chris.
Jeff was used to going to the gym, following a typical program and making some progress.
But when Jeff came to Newell Strength, he was looking for a change of pace.
In the first year alone he put on over 10 pounds of muscle and dropped over 7% bodyfat!
Jeff has a level of consistency and commitment that is rare, let alone in a 28 year old.
Jeff has since brought along a couple of buddies and they workout consistently together 3-4x per week.
