How Much Protein and Water do You Need?
I vividly picture myself plugging my nose, downing Mega Mass 5000, day after day. This was back in high school when I got the ‘bug’. I wanted to get as many grams of protein in per day as I could; the more the better, right?
Those shakes by the way were a couple of thousand calories and tasted like banana chalk.
Anyhow, one of these questions is much easier to answer and the other one is an educated guess.
