Client of the Week: Priya

Priya trained with us a few years back at Newell Strength. She was a pleasure to have around.

Over time however, the commute won out and she took a break.

In that couple year break, she was in a bad motorcycle accident which her and her husband Karthik, were lucky to survive.

One of the collateral damages from that accident was a bad knee injury, which kept her from her hobby and passion of dancing for far too long.

So, she decided she needed to make strength training a permanent part of her life. Here she is in her own words, give a listen and take some inspiration from her
