Stay Hungry

Do you remember where you were a month ago?

You know, right when this whole thing was just starting out?

If you were like most, you were probably trying to get your mind around how to adjust to the new normal.

Well, that time has come and gone.

And fortunately this is coming to an end, despite what the ‘fear mongering media’ wants us to believe.

Come Memorial Day, people are going to be able to look around and say, ‘Damn, that person made the most of their quarantine!’ or, ‘Looks like he/she sat around and binge watched while eating a bit too much ice cream…’.

Stay hungry my friend. If you’ve been dragging or if you have been getting after it, stay hungry.

Now is the perfect time to challenge yourself and push yourself.

A little reminder to stay hungry never gets old.

1- The Fat Shredder is coming! Realistically it’ll probably start at some point in the backside of May and run until the 4th of July weekend. Here’s all you have to do for now: start thinking of your teammates. Each team will have at least a member, non-member and one woman (teams of 3). It’s gonna be epic and just what we all need at that time:)

2-I am opening the doors to the second Panda Challenge, which will be starting within the next 3 weeks. The first 12 ‘Panda’s’ are crushing it and dare I say, all 12 are on track to hit their 45-day goals! Yes, I only take 12 because of the high level of Coaching each client receives. 5 of the spots are already taken from people that just missed the cut for the first Panda Challenge.
