Yadi: The First Woman Trainee at NS

8 years ago, when I opened the first facility, I cut loose any women that I had been training.

I explained to them that we were only going to train high level athletes and serious men. It was a certain culture and environment that I wanted to create.

As year one went by, I loosened on that, now that the culture at the time, was cemented.

So, one of our clients brought two of his friends in for a workout, one of which was Yadi, who would become the first official woman member.

That was a long time ago, and she is still with us.
