Wolves vs. Squirrels

We have a lot of squirrels where we live. Which means I get to observe them daily.

They are scavengers, often working alone, scrounging up material and food for storage.

Wolves, on the other hand, are predators.

They are pack animals, thriving on a sense of community, working together to take what is theirs.

A pack of wolves is a force to be reckoned with.

We are like wolves, or at least we are more like wolves than squirrels (and this is coming from a big time introvert).

We get much more done and stay the course more when are are involved in a pack with a common sense of direction.

Maybe the reason your fitness goals haven’t stuck or materialized is because you are going about achieving them like a squirrel.

Information isn’t the problem, so stop believing that it is.

Maybe you just need to find your pack (which is another thing that separates Newell Strength from anywhere else).
