Member Showcase: Pax Fox, aka Splinter

Pat came to us back in October after seeing the changes that GL had been making over the prior year.

When he came in, he had a lot of the ingrained misconceptions that so many people have about having to eat low carb, do a lot of cardio and on it goes.

If you had asked him at that time, he would have told you that a fitness routine was a necessary evil.

And would you believe it; now he has a blast in his sessions and he has been making steady forward progress week after week. To date, Pat is down 40 or so pounds.

Here he is in his own words telling you what the journey has been like so far.
