How to Master Your Time

I remember a note my dad left me about 10 years ago.

It read, ‘K, you’ve accomplished more in the past year than most can do in a decade. I am proud of you. And if you have time, show me how you did it. Love-Dad’.

Well, I did it out of necessity. I created intense time pressure around everything I did because I had no other option.

At the time, I was till actively competing in bodybuilding, I was just getting Newell Strength to a growth point and I was teaching full time.

In today’s episode, I give you some tips on how I did ‘it’ and some time mastery tips that you can swipe and begin to use straight away.
