The Goal of a Goal
Way back when I started a lawn cutting business with my brothers, back when I was 11 years old, I started setting goals.
That later carried on over to sports and athletics.
And it’s been something I’ve been committed to in all areas of my life since adulthood, tweaking and refining the system of course, but nevertheless, setting goals and measuring progress.
Which brings me to my point for today’s email.
The goal is to keep the goal, the goal.
Read that again, because I think the simplicity of it causes people to shun it.
Whenever that bright shiny object starts to tempt you, remember the goal of a goal.
Think differently- Kyle Newell
