Member of the Month for Hillsborough: Geoff Arlen
I can remember the first time Geoff ever came to Newell Strength back in 2012. He came to try it out with long time member, Frank.
Geoff was busy, having his own law firm, but he was going to be getting married and wanted to be in the best shape that he could possibly be.
He achieved that and as life happens, he stopped for a period of time with us at Newell Strength.
But then, after having kid #2, Jackson, he decided that he, being an older dad, needed to make his own fitness and health a priority.
So, he started back up and he is on fire. He makes it in at 5 or 6 am before his busy day with family and business starts. And as you’ll see in the video, little things like playing with the kids on the floor and then getting up, 20 times per night, have become easy.
That’s what it’s all about!
