Member of the Month: Slick Rick
Rick came to Newell Strength Flemington after his wife, Mary, gave it a shot and liked it so much that she signed up for membership.
Rick is a busy father, husband and medical professional so for him to commit to an exercise program, he needs to know that it will be effective and efficient.
Rick has gotten so hooked that there are days he comes in twice, when his schedule allows.
