How I Stay Motivated

I can remember creating fictional conversations in my head during my days of competition in order to constantly push myself a little bit further.

I would even do things like talk to myself in the 3rd or 4th person:)

And these are tactics to stay motivated, but sustained motivation actually comes from having inspiration.
