15 years ago, as a struggling student teacher and aspiring bodybuilder, I remember getting up every day at 4 or 430 to begin my morning routine.
Yes, at the time, I lived at home with my parents and my mom would often get up to find me studying or drinking coffee, listening to music that made me feel good.
My morning routine has always been the cornerstone of my life. When my morning routine is on point, my life is better. Point. Blank. Period.
