Here’s a Terrible Diet I Wrote

10 years ago, I wrote the diet for current Newell Strength client, Tammy.

She sent it to me a few weeks ago after we were reminiscing about the original days of Newell Strength.

I always get a kick out of some of my early writings, programs and diets because I look back at them and cringe.

It’s not that I didn’t know anything, its that I didn’t know any better.

A lot of today’s fake fitness experts might look at this and think it’s actually pretty good.

Remember this, you reserve the right to change your mind….
