Where your attention goes, your energy flows and results follow.
If you want to improve your health, you need to constantly put your focus on your health.
And the best way to redirect your focus and attention is through the questions you are asking yourself.

When a situation arises ask yourself: ‘What is my inner dialogue at the moment?’
To redirect your attention to you need to realize and catch the runaway train of thoughts that sometimes build such momentum that we don’t realize we actually do have control over them.
