Do You Need to Speed up or Slow Down?

In last Friday’s lesson on Mind Mapping, I teach about the concept of speeding up and slowing down, depending on how your brain is reacting to this Corona situation.

Some have said this was the best one yet.

If things are moving too fast for you right now, you need to slow down your brain.

If you feel stuck right now, trapped and like this will never end, then you need to figure out how to speed up your brain.

That is what is discussed here, stogie in hand:)
