Habits of a Happy Brain


Studying the brain is one of my main passions in life. I have been interested in it for as long as I can remember and I began studying it formally back in 2014 when Dax Moy began teaching me Mind Map.

People often ask me about what book I read or recommend to learn Mind Map and the answer is, there isn’t a book on it (yes, I know, I am working on developing one with Dax:)).

But if there was a book that described a lot of the concepts of Mind Map, it would be a book that I recently finished, ‘Habits of a Happy Brain’.

In today’s episodes, I describe and explain the 4 horsemen of hormones, dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins, as explained in the book. Enjoy!!!
