Mary Lost 15 Pounds and 7%!
Mary first approached me about doing the Panda Challenge in early March, but by that point, the first round had sold out.
I knew from Mary being a client at Newell Strength during the prior year, that she is quite the endurance athlete.
She had asked me questions about fasting before and had an interest from the edge of the water. But she decided to go all in with the second round of the Panda Challenge.
She wound up losing 15 pounds and 7 percent body fat, despite not being a large person to begin with.
Why did she want to do that? Simple, she wanted to master her eating habits and improve her performance. When you are going long distances, every pound can lead to more of a pounding on your joints.
