6 years ago, I was breaking the mold as far as competition prep for bodybuilding went, but I was still immersed in eating often, a lot of protein and cutting calories drastically.
Then I was exposed to fasting….
What happens when your current beliefs are met with a new perspective that logically makes sense?
You have two options, you can either try to ignore the new line of thought and stuff it back into its place or you can question yourself? What if it is true?
Sometimes people refuse a new belief because there will be too much work involved with restructuring habits that were built around the old belief.
Or sometimes their ego gets in the way.
Empty your cup each day so you can try out some new information.
Your beliefs are a thought pattern, otherwise known as habits. Beliefs are easy to hold on to, those neural networks are comfortable.
But if they no longer serve your higher purpose, then you have to pause and reflect.
Your truth is calling.
