As I was driving my โ€˜University on Wheelsโ€™ yesterday, I was listening to an old audio program that Iโ€™ve probably listened to ten times at this point.

It is entitled NO B.S. Time Management for entrepreneurs.

I find myself going through a lot of my old favorites right now, my mind needed them and they are teaching me in ways that I didnโ€™t โ€˜getโ€™ the first few times around.

Anyhow, Dan Kennedy, the man, was talking about creating your reality.

That word, creating or creator, hit home as I am always thinking about creativity in some form or another. Right away my brain started thinking about Mind Map and the binary choice of reacting or responding in any given situation.

The animal brain reacts.

The human brain responds.

Reaction is emotional, no thought.

When we react, we are not creators of anything good.

We are in fact creating, but itโ€™s a reality of chaos and non-order.

Think about the energy we use when we are emotional, how quickly it is depleted and how we have very little control over it.

Is that the reality you want to manifest?

Creation means accessing parts of the โ€˜spiritual brainโ€™ that we can only get to when we are calm and have a quiet mind.

We were made in the image of the Creator, think about that for a moment.

We too, have the ultimate ability to create and all it takes is faith and the right state of mind.

I was so excited when it clicked in my head that creator and reactor are just one letter switch off, from spelling the same thing.

Reacting equals chaos, but as one of my โ€˜easternโ€™ tattoos shows, out of chaos, must come order.

Create in your mind, then write the idea down, thatโ€™s a great start.

Be Unconventional - Kyle Newell
