𝑫𝒂𝒅𝒔: 𝑷𝒖𝒔𝒉 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒂𝒄𝒆



What do I mean by β€˜push the pace’.


Well, there’s multiple meanings.


And to be clear, when I write these articles, there is literally no forethought put into them.


A title, a thought, pops into my head and then I start writing.


It usually turns out okay because, well, the human brain is amazing and full of incredible insight once we take the governor off.


Anyhow, let’s address the first thought that comes to mind when it comes to pushing the pace.


Your workouts.


Listen, if you only have 20-30 minutes, you have time for a workout. If, you push the pace.


Yes, strength is super important, but that can be done with your first exercise and then it should be off to the races in terms of speed of workout.


Your ability to deliver blood flow and nutrients head to toe is super critical to staying young inside.


You can’t do this when you do a set and sit around for 5 minutes.


Your time is the most valuable thing you have, honor it and your body will thank you, not to mention your mind.


Second thing that comes to mind when it comes to pushing the pace is something I have been feeling for a while and maybe you have too.


Things around us, in the world, seem to be happening fast. Times are crazy right now, but whatever the agenda is, it’s moving a hundred miles per hour forward.


If you feel this, as I do, and you are failing to act in terms of preparing for you family physically, mentally and spiritually, then you are failing.


I call this feeling the β€˜quickening’.


Winter is coming, you are the protector, you are the provider, get a move on it.


Don’t say you didn’t know.


Those of you that get β€˜this’, get it.


It’s a great time to be alive, we are living through history.
