𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙒𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙁𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝
A few nights ago, Devon inquired about one of the books I have next to my side of the bed.
‘So, why do we get sick?’ she asked.
She was referring to the title of that particular book and I explained that it was not about the common cold, etc.
It was about syndromes, disease, and ill health.
And the root of the cause for nearly every disease known to mankind is insulin resistance/inflammation.
To me, they are one and the same, but that’s more for a geeky article I will be writing for the Panda Diet, volume 2 book.
Anyhow, not a week goes by that I don’t hear about GIRD, polycystic ovarian syndrome, chronic neck pain, skin issues and the list goes on.
For those that ask for my opinion, I give it to them, (otherwise I keep my mouth shut, Mind Map 101).
All of these things cannot be cured by a pill or by following the traditional North American Diet/Fitness mentality.
If you control insulin and work on healing your insulin resistance, these things clear up, damn near 100% of the time, without fail.
But that doesn’t happen with a half-assed attempt. This is where the power of Mind Map merged with Panda comes into play.
However, when people focus on ill health, because the discomfort or pain becomes all consuming, and they begin to fix the root of the problem, guess what?
Their body changes and their weight starts the downward trek down the mountain.
I think not.
Your weight and body is a reflection of your health.
