𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝑫𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝑳𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 6 𝑷𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒔 𝑷𝒆𝒓 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉 𝑺𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅?
Just the other night, I had a client texting me about their current results with their latest body fat and weight check-in.
This wasn’t a rare occurrence, in fact, it happens quite often.
On a funny note, I had someone doing the Panda and after 4 days, they were upset because they weren’t seeing much.
If you are going to bring the North American Diet mentality to the party, then you aren’t ready for something like the Panda. The Panda is more of a mental and spiritual journey, which is why it works so well.
It’s hard to measure those things on the scale, even though the results from around the country from people doing it have been incredible, some people still want to quantify everything.
Let me tell you something, you aren’t smarter than your body, but I digress.
Anyhow, the point I want to get at today is that if you were able to lose 6 pounds per month, assuming you had some weight to lose, do the math on that over the course of 6 months or a year.
Add some muscle into the mix and you would look like a totally different person.
You aren’t after quick results, habits don’t work that way. You are after a transformation and that only happens when you adopt the mantra, ‘slow and steady’.
When it comes to weight loss, be the tortoise, not the hare.
