Advice to Worriers

If you are human, you’ve worried.

Some, more than others.

But when you think about worry, it’s just a disease of the mind.

Obsessive thought about something that doesn’t exist because all worry takes place in the future of your life’s timeline.

Worry usually causes us to speed up life, not a good thing.

Worry wants us to close the gap between where we are (the present) and the point in the future that we are worried about.

Yet, when you get there, it’s never as bad as you had thought and all you have to show for it is time spent stressing out and being ‘non-present’ with your loved ones.

How can you slow down?

Ask yourself that question and then get to task on it.
