Are You High Octane?

My good friends often get a chuckle out of me. Which is fine by me.


The more people that I can entertain the better is my belief.


One of the things they laugh about is how once it gets past 9 PM, if I am hanging out, sitting on a couch, there’s a good chance that I am going to fall asleep.


I know that once I stop moving, I am liable to ‘crash’.


The other thing that they marvel at is how much I can eat. Yes, I do take pride in it, but I don’t do it for gluttony nor do I do it all the time.


I listen to my body these days.


The point being is that you have a high octane motor within you whether you realize it or not.


I know that I go through a tremendous amount of energy each day with my brain and attitude and that stuff needs to be honored and replenished.


Don’t think you can just go, go, go.


And if you don’t have what seem like superhuman energy, I’d look at 4 things:

-Are You Fasting?

-Are You getting enough sleep?

-Are You passionate about what you do for a living?

-Are you exercising regularly?
