Attention Dads: How to Make 2022 Your Best Year Yet

From the Desk of Kyle Newell…

In 2014, we ran our first Ripped Dads contest. I loved the concept, but I wasn’t a dad yet.

It wasn’t until a few months later that I impregnated Suzy.

But over the years, as I have become a dad of 3, this has become the highlight of the year for me.

I know the need and I see it all over our communities, the NEED for dads to get fit.

Because when you aren’t fit, you don’t have energy and your mind is warped, which means you are a dad in physical body only.

I think about the definition of what I want to be as a dad very, very often. I fall short most of the time, but I am constantly trying to improve upon being a DAD.

That includes all the things I am doing when I am not with the family, such as my life’s work, hobbies such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hunting, learning how to do home improvement stuff, studying, thinking and dating Suzy (yes, you must constantly be dating your wife, I got lazy there for a while and it didn’t fit my definitions of what I want to be as a husband).

You see, I am going to lead you to a better you. I am constantly thinking about self-improvement, and as a fellow dad, I know the struggles.

My team and I are going to be taking 20 dads on a 6-week journey, unlike any of the prior Ripped Dads contests. You are going to be training with us, of course. But there’s a lot more to it.

You are going to develop your own definitions and meanings, in your weekly lessons with me, on Mind Map and mindset.

I am going to have a guest speaker or two, two of my mentors, that share their knowledge and wisdom with fellow dads.

I am going to banish any and all whining in your head and whimpering when it comes to diet. Yes, you will be fasting, following what I’ve outlined in my best selling book, the Panda Diet.

And you will know more about fasting after your 6 weeks than all but perhaps 2 doctors in the world. No, that is not a mis-type.

Listen up: The results in OUR lives are a direct correlation to the standards our peer group holds us too.

Read that again.

You are going to be with other, like minded dads, that are sick and tired of being sick and tired.

You’ll have high level accountability and a Coach to take you to where you want to be.

Man, DAD, I am pumped for this.

Let’s go!
