𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙀𝙣𝙚𝙢𝙮: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝘼𝘿𝙚𝙧𝙨
In 1999, I undertook my first North American Diet. Granted, it was a bit extreme and all about packing on some size, but I didn’t last. It was too far out there.
And since that time I’ve seen it all and tried most.
Although it's getting harder and harder to keep up with the absurdity.
When you find a principle such as fasting, which is not a tactic like most North American Diets, but a strategy, your biggest enemy is going to be the North American Diet mentality that surrounds you.
Just the other day, one of our clients that has been having great success with our training and Panda Diet was telling me that his family was telling him it was impossible to gain muscle and was not healthy to fast in this regard.
This was despite the physical proof to the contrary.
The guy is down 6 percent body fat and more muscular in just 2 short months, which is very visible to the naked eye.
But because it goes against what people have been programmed to believe when it comes to the North American Diet, it couldn’t work nor be good.
You have to make a decision when you are starting out on the path of truth and by truth, I mean principles that can withstand the test of time, that you are only going to listen to your guide and Coach.
I often tell people that if you are going to hire me, then you have to trust me and shut out others for at least the 45 days we are together.
At that point, do an assessment and see what’s true for you.
People by nature do not like when others close to them have success.
And they like it even less when that success comes by way of doing something that scares them, which in their mind means they couldn’t possibly fathom imagine trying it.
Fasting fits that bill.
