Do You Breathe or Do You Breathe?

A few weeks ago, I did my second 4 hour breathing course in as many weeks.


I didn’t want to do it.


I was cold.


I was coming into the end of my 48 hour fast for the week.


I wanted to just relax.


My computer went down in the middle of it.


I had every excuse not to participate.


But I kept on my mind about how I could and would learn something about myself and a new skill that I could share with you all.


Let me tell you, after the one hour of actual breathe work from 9-10 pm, I was buzzing. It was quite an experience.


And it’s one of my goals this year to do a one hour session every single week.


There’s nothing in your life that you are going to have more reps with than your breathing.


You mind as well take an interest in it and learn more about it and become better at it.


In February, I’ll be having a breathing workshop at one of our locations.
