11 days ago, I taught one of our athletes how to breathe.
What do you mean? He wasn’t breathing before?
He was, but not optimally.
Breathing is like posture, over time, we can get into bad habits and before you know it, we are slouched over, tight all over and on and on.
Luckily, we have a breathing workshop, along with YT aka Yvonne, our longtime friend, on Thursday the 24th at our Flemington location.
I will be teaching you the basics of breathing in the first 15 minutes and then YT will be playing her healing bowls and instruments while you practice breathing for 45 minutes. When’s the last time you did something like that?
Be warned, this can be life changing and you will feel high, all of which I will explain to you beforehand.
There’s a reason for sayings like the ‘breath of life’.
