π™³πšŠπšπšœ: π™Ώπš’πšŒπš” 𝟷-𝟹 β€˜π™ΌπšŠπš—β€™ π™ΈπšπšŽπš–πšœ πšπš˜πš› πšπš‘πšŽ πš†πšŽπšŽπš”



Last Friday, as usual, I was doing my Freedom session which involves getting everything out of mind and onto paper followed by planning and preparing for the coming week.


It allows me to head into the weekend on my terms.


Anyhow, this past Friday, when I was jotting things out, I broke it up a different way.


It’s so easy to focus on work and make my weekly to do list work dominant.


I decided to jot down 1-3 dad/man items that I wanted to do this week.


I have been doing it organically the past few weeks and it has broken up my days nicely as well as helped me to see things in a different way.


For example, this week, I am going to dig out the area for our garden, take the boys fishing and fix a wooden outdoor piece of furniture for Devon.


You are a man and a dad in title if you fit that description, but what about filling those roles in terms of your actions?


Life is about who you are β€˜being’ in each moment.


Realize that we all have many roles to play, so plan accordingly, especially as a dad and as a man, your soul will thank you.
