Give Yourself the Gift of Love

Would you have ever thought that the Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day would fall next to each other?

I can remember when the Super Bowl used to be in January.

But I digress.

Valentine’s Day is about the heart, what comes from the heart and what the heart can give.

But do you ever think about what you are giving to your heart?

Your heart is a muscle.

All muscles need to be stressed to a certain degree to stay young and healthy.

Most people think ‘cardio’ is the best way to train the heart, and they may be right, if they were working from a different definition.

The muscular system drives the cardiovascular system, not the lungs.

Do you use more muscle in a 30 minute run or a 30 minute full body workout with the weights?

Just planting the little worm in your head.

Don’t worry, this is one of the things that we will be discussing in the upcoming ‘How to Have the Healthiest Heart Around’ seminar on the 28th (see below for details).

Be Unconventional - Kyle Newell
