Improve Your Energy

Two weeks ago, I was walking up from my office to tell Devon something and as I neared the door, I could feel the tv.


I didn’t know that it was on, but I could sense a disturbance in the energy field. It didn’t feel right.

And as I opened the door, sure enough, the boys were taking a break, watching a little television.

Energy is all around us.

Energy is going through us.

One way to improve energy is to get the blood pumping, head to toe. You want to open up the energy channels within your body.

Your blood is your energy in some sense.

Is it stagnant, thick, diseased?

If so, turn to fitness, turn to your breath work and begin to picture energy columns running parallel to your spine, one going up, one going down.

Don’t turn to food for energy, that’s one of the worst things you can do.
