It’s Called Work for a Reason

These past two weeks I took two separate, 4-hour, breathing courses at a significant investment.

Why you might ask….

Well, I am well aware that breathing is the key to my state.

Yet, breathing is something that we all take for granted.

However, when done right it can create quite the transformation.

The first night I had such an electric buzz going from doing my breath work for over an hour that there was significant heat coming off my belly region (d’antien) and I bet if you put your hand in between mine you would have felt the electricity.

Hard to explain the feeling unless you experienced it yourself.

Breath-work. When you dedicate specific time, be it five minutes or an hour, it’s work.

The same intention should go into it as does your workouts.

Set a goal to do a certain number of breathing sessions this year and see what happens.
