Member Showcase: Steve Bourbon

Steve began training with us last year during one of our Ripped Dads contests. Steve came in with a big background in how the body is supposed to work, since he is a master golf Coach and pro.

Up until he came in, he had bounced around, trying to figure out what would work best for him and help him stay mobile and strong for the many lessons he has to teach each week.

Steve has consistently gotten stronger each cycle through his individual workout, dropped a lot of body fat and gained so much muscle that all his t-shirt sleeves are busting at the seams! Steve is a great role model for his son Dillon. Keep inspiring Steve!
