“No, I don’t work out, but I’ve Been Meaning to”

8 years ago or so, a client, who is still with us, brought a neighbor to try us out.


The guy did great in his first session but wound up holding off because he thought he ‘should get in better shape’ first.


What?!


Except, that’s not as uncommon as you may think.


Nor is the ‘I don’t work out, but I’ve been meaning to’ line.


Listen up, life is an hourglass, time is ticking away and once it's gone, it's gone.


You are going to pay for your health now or later and if it's later, the investment will cost you much much more.


I’ll let you ponder that.
