Round 2 On Mt. Washington

A year ago, I attempted to climb Mt. Washington with the guys.

I failed.

But I learned.

As you read this, we are on our way back up there to attempt to summit again.

And I have no fear this time. You see, heights are the one thing that can get to me.

Standing on the edge of a cliff or even watching somebody do that makes my palms sweat.

Yet, I have been working on my mindset, my visualization and seeing where I made the mistakes last year and how this year it won’t be an issue.

When you have a fear, in my humble but accurate opinion, you need to address it. Hold it in your hands, turn it around, look at it from different angles.

The last thing you should do is run from your fears. Your fears are an illusion and perhaps one of your greatest vehicles for growth and learning.

Stay tuned for how it goes.
