The 30-Minute Arse Kicker

A week and a half ago, we tested out something we’ve been thinking about for a while: 30-minute sessions.

And to say they went great would be an understatement.

Most people assume that longer workouts are tougher and I’ll tell you what, from all my years in the gym, they are not. (With a few rare exceptions).

Working out is about your brain first and foremost. Making that brain feel good and building mental toughness.

When you condense physical exertion into a tighter window, your brain is pushed beyond its normal comfort zone.

Would you rather add life to the years or years to the life?

Would you rather add minutes to the workout or add more workout to the minutes?

It’s a personal preference that will surely tickle your fancy at different times.

But the good news is, we will be rolling out limited 30-minute blocks later this month, so stay tuned.
