The Fastest Way to Control Your Time

When I was working full-time, and creating Newell Strength, I had to be super efficient with my time in order to stay on top of all my responsibilities.


And then, when I decided to resign and go all in on Newell Strength, I had to learn how to be super disciplined with my time, since I now seemed to have more available time than I knew what to do with.


It was a learning process to say it simply.


In today’s episode, I go over:

-working to the clock


-using deadlines


-chaos planning


-planning and thinking small


-living with discipline
