The Highest Form of Learning is Unlearning
I was always a decent student, not great, but above average.
Unless the subject matter stimulated me, I didn’t see the point.
It was only after I graduated from college that I realized how much of a passion I had for learning.
I swore I would never read another book again when my commencement ceremony was over, my dad can attest to this.
Then as I kept getting deeper and deeper into my passion of strength training, I realized how much more there was to learn. And I realized that information is not knowledge.
As the years have gone by, I have discarded principles that I thought I would live by the rest of my life. But as I learned, I discarded. Back and forth it went. I kept emptying my cup.
In today’s episode of Unlocking Your Inner Strength, I go over the highest form of learning and believe me, there are some gems in there for you to take and apply if you so choose. You can listen to the episode here: http://kylenewell.com/inner-strength-podcast/
