The Mirror in Your Brain

In your brain, you have something known as mirror neurons.

We all have them and they do indeed serve a great purpose.

I can watch you doing something and if I am genuinely interested and in tune with what you are doing, my neurons will begin lighting up and creating pathways that emulate what you are doing.

Yes, you can learn and make new circuitry in your brain by simply observing what others are doing.

I often find myself doing this when I am leading up to a presentation. I observe and study different presenters and wouldn’t you know it, I carry out some of their mannerisms in my next presentation without any physical practice.

So, how can this help you?

Find someone that you look up to and observe them or if that isn’t possible, go on something called YouTube and simply begin to watch any skill that you are interested in.

Your brain is the greatest ‘weapon’ on earth once you become aware of what is possible with it.
