Transforming Like a Butterfly

About 10 months ago, a friend of mine, Guatam, decided he was going to partake in the Panda Challenge.


I believe it was the 3rd round of Pandas.


Anyhow, he told me his goals and he committed himself to the 45 days.


Well, just the other morning he stopped by Newell Strength to do a weigh in as he is still sticking with his Panda fasting and I had to do a double take.


He is down over 45 pounds and has a completely different energy.


His health has improved beyond bounds and he has made the Panda a part of his life (that’s the whole point of it).

He didn’t need to slice and dice his calories or spend 2 hours per day in the gym. Nope, he does a daily walk and fasts, Panda style.


You can transform into a butterfly, but just like the butterfly, you will struggle, you have to be patient and you can’t force it.
