What are You Forgetting

A week and a half ago, I went to Walmart to pick up the food and supplies for the pending annual Newell Strength block party.

I had told Devon that I had it all under control and I did.

Well, when I swung the non-perishable stuff by the gym that night, before training some one on one clients, it hit me that I had never put the cheese in the fridge when I unpacked.

You know why?

Because I completely forgot to buy cheese.

One of the staples of a bbq/grilling day.

Nonetheless, I went out after work and picked up some cheese.

What are you overlooking in your day to day habits that are foundational and that would make everything else fall into place?

I can tell you this, it is probably so simple that it doesn’t even cross your mind. But, the answer is most likely not to ‘push harder’ or ‘burn more, cut more’.

Think about that.
