What’s the Energy of the Food You Eat?

When I first came upon fasting back in 2014, it was a BIG mindset shift for me.


Sure, I had heard of it before, but I always shuffled it out the door as a gimmick because, gosh darnit, I was a bodybuilder, which meant I had to eat 400 grams of protein per day spread out across 8 meals.


Anything that went against that was blasphemy.


I think it’s safe to say that I did a 180 on that line of thinking over the years.


And, so have many others that have followed the Panda Diet.


The next big mental shift I made and am still in the process of refining is moving more towards food that is living, ie-stuff that has grown from the earth and that is more ‘alive’. IF you go all in, this means mainly fruit and raw veggies.


I’m not there yet, but I am there at least half the week.


I know, you need tons of protein or you are going to shrivel up.


Start with one meal per week of this type of eating and see how you feel.


Trust me when I tell you that this will be a BIG thing in the future.


Just something to ponder.
